Amberstar Creations takes Paypal as payment. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING
Please make sure you have everything you want in your cart before purchasing. Allow 1-5 days to process your order. We will ship to your Paypal address unless other shipping information is given. All orders ship USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is optional at an additional charge.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Amberstar Creations stands by our products and if you are not happy for any reason when you receive your items contact us. We will accept returns if notified within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be made as long as merchandise is returned in its original condition. Return postage is the purchaser’s responsibility. Unless you have purchased postal insurance loss of items and damaged items are non-refundable.
